| I have just been told by Barry Jones wife Wendy of his sad death on 12/2/1918 in Stepping Hill Hospital.

| |
| Barry who joined the old GPO as a Y2YC spent most of his working life in the Manchester Television Network Switching Centre before retiring from there in 1993.
