I heard from friends that Peter Barrie passed away last Friday, March 1st
I knew Peter from his days as TOA Piccadilly RSC in the late 80's early 90's. Funeral arrangements are available at: peterbarrie.muchloved.com

I didn’t know Pete but I’m pretty sure I worked with his son Alistair for a while when I first started with BT in 1987ish please pass on my deepest condolences and best regards .

I worked with Peter on the GMPA 'Big Bang', when we replaced their entire PABX system. He was a good man and steady under pressure. |
