rose.jpg Dennis Holyland RIP
We have received the very sad news that Dennis Holyland passed away last Friday as a result of Covid related symptoms.

Dennis was a larger than life character who graced Dial Irwell House for many years as part of the Private Wire Empire and for many of those years was based on 5th floor Irwell House

His unmistakable Liverpudlian accent and love of Liverpool FC together with his fantastic sense of humour made such a wonderful impression on so many people over the years. It was always such a pleasure for those lucky enough have spent time in his company. Dennis truly did brighten up the room with his presence.

Unfortunately in these times funeral arrangements and attendance is not straightforward but if and when we get details we will post them.

We now have the funeral arrangements and we have been told all welcome but only 30 people are allowed inside for the service.

Always a smile and a cheery word. OK usually taking the piss out of you or the situation in that inimitable Liverpudlian way. One of life’s characters who is sadly missed. RIP Dennis and keep taking the Micky.
